Men’s Basketball

Stuart House led all scorers with 19 points, and Bryon Rison added 18, all coming by the way of the charity stripe, to lead WSU to a 62-52 come-from-behind win at Oregon.

Rison, who converted 18-of-20 free throw attempts, fueled a 12-2 Cougar run midway through the second half with two steals and six free throws. Rison helped bring WSU back from a 39-37 deficit to a 49-41 lead with six minutes to play.

House scored 13 of his game-high point total in the first half to stake the Cougars to a 26-23 halftime lead.

Donald Collins added 16 for the 13-3 Cougars, who claimed their fourth straight win at McArthur Court.
