The Taj Mahal, the summit of Mt. Rainier, and the Roman Coliseum.

The Washington State University Cougar logo traveled to these three famous sites and the individuals who accompanied the logo to these world renowned locations were named the winners of WSU Athletics "Where is the Cougar Logo?" contest sponsored by Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites.

Case Murphy, along with friends Paul Maneesilasan and Steve Harris, posed with the Cougar logo in front of the Taj Mahal in India, July 14. Nearly two weeks later, WSU alumnus Brett Heinemann stood on the summit of Mt. Rainier with fellow graduate Justin Leigh and displayed a banner of the logo. The third winner was Michael and Kelly Martin, who displayed a WSU logo hat in front of what they described as "one tough road venue," the Roman Coliseum.

As the grand prize winners, Murphy, Heinemann and the Martins, who all submitted the photos, win a Cougar Athletics T-shirt and a free night's stay at Pullman's award winning hotel - Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites.

The WSU Athletic Department wishes to thank everyone who submitted a photo. The department received over 100 submissions during the contest time period, which was from July 11 to August 10.
