FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. - Washington State University Director of Athletics Bill Moos, Football Head Coach Paul Wulff and members of the WSU Athletic Department staff visited Fairchild Air Force Base Monday (June 13) to thank Fairchild personnel for their service and personally invite them to the Nov. 19 Armed Forces Day game vs. Utah at Martin Stadium.

As part of their visit, the staff received a briefing on Fairchild AFB, toured the facilities, had lunch with Fairchild staff, and Moos and Wulff tried their hand on a flight simulator (video above).

For the Nov. 19 game, WSU Athletics will provide transportation to and from Martin Stadium for Fairchild Air Force Base personnel, who can request tickets for themselves and their families.

Fans can now purchase tickets for active duty military and veterans for the game by clicking HERE and entering the promotional code HONOR. Tickets range from $15-$25. The organization Veteran Tickets Foundation will provide a tax-deductible receipt to patrons for their contribution. WSU Athletics donated 100 tickets to start the campaign.

Active duty military and veterans not associated with Fairchild Air Force Base can request tickets through the Veterans Tickets Foundation at vettix.org.

The WSU Athletic Department thanks all military personnel for their service to our country.
