PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State University football fans will have an opportunity to receive a preview of the 2006 season at "A Night With Cougar Football", a 2006 season preview celebration dinner and auction, Friday, Feb. 17 at Emerald Downs in Auburn, Wash.

The Washington State Football coaching staff, including head coach Bill Doba, along with WSU Director of Athletics Jim Sterk, will be on hand for the event. The program includes highlights of last season, a preview of the 2006 campaign, and a look at the 2006 Cougar recruiting class.

In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to bid on Cougar auction items to raise money to support the WSU Student-Athlete Scholarship Fund. All net proceeds from the event go to support WSU student-athlete scholarships.

Festivities begin at 6 p.m. with a no-host reception; dinner is at 6:45 p.m. Tickets for the event are $50 for WSU Athletic Foundation members and $65 for non-athletic foundation members. Individuals who are not an athletic foundation member can become a member when making their reservations ($100 minimum annual contribution to support the WSU Athletic Scholarship Fund).
