Seattle Times: Connor Halliday ready to play

We're a few days before fall camp and WSU redshirt sophomore Connor Halliday plans to compete for the starting quarterback job. The Seattle Times chronicles Halliday's journey to get back on the field after suffering a lacerated liver in a game against Utah last season.
