Former Washington State guard Derrick Low, who is now a member of Maccabi Haifa of the Israeli Basketball Super League, will be featured on the latest episode of "Inside Israeli Basketball". In the episode, he and Larry O'Bannon (University of Louisville) go fishing alongside Haifa's beautiful beach.
