The Cougars hosted Gonzaga in their lone home regatta of the Fall, Head of the Snake, Friday at Wawawai Landing on the Snake River. The Cougars wore all pink as part of Washington State Athletics' part in Breast Cancer Awareness month. The water down at the Snake River was ideal for the event, especially after last year's windy event. WSU's first, second and third varsity boats finished ahead of Gonzaga's first varsity eight crew in the main event. We have some video of the Cougs in their pink below.
