The cost of a jersey is $30. For information, contact Craig Lawson at 509-335-0265 or craigl@wsu.edu. Please specify the number of the jersey and/or the name of the student-athlete.

Here are some quotes from Cougar Head Coach Matt Potter regarding the upcoming Pac-10 opening weekend.

(on winning three-consecutive matches)

"We are in good place right now as a team in terms of our culture and our stability emotionally."

"It's a combination of good habits. We have had good work ethic and good energy. When we put forth our best effort, good things happen and we create our own luck."

(on being at home to open Pac-10)

"We are excited about the opportunity. Being at home is a blessing. We have put on a lot of miles. We have 12 freshmen and they are getting to experience all that Washington State has to offer. Homecoming is special around campus."

(on strength of the Pac-10)

"Every match is going to bring a different set of challenges. Some people are going to start with a powerhouse like Stanford which is a national title contender. Some teams are going to start with a Washington State and we are looking up. I don't think many teams are looking forward to playing Stanford, but I am not sure many are looking forward to playing Washington State either. Top to bottom it is a very strong league once again.
