PULLMAN, Wash. --- Washington State's Mike Price has been named one of the head coaches for the 78th East West Shrine Game January 11, 2003 at Pacific Bell Park in San Francisco.

Price, who has guided the Cougars to a pair of 10-win seasons in the last five years, was selected along with Notre Dame's Tyrone Willingham, formerly of Stanford.

"We are delighted to have Coach Tyrone Willingham and Coach Mike Price serve as coaches for the 78th East West Shrine Game," Executive Director Jack Hart said. "Both of these men serve as outstanding role models on and off the field and will truly make this a memorable week for our players and fans."

Price is already a veteran of the East West Shrine Game, having served as an assistant in 1996.
