Washington State Notes:

  • Aron Baynes came one rebound shy of his fourth-consecutive double-double (12 points, nine rebounds).
  • Taylor Rochestie did not score in the first half for the second time this season...the other time being against Mississippi State in Newark, N.J. Nov. 28.
  • First time since 2004-05 that neither team reached 20 points in the first half (March 3, 2005 vs. Stanford)...Cougars won, 59-48.
  • Nineteen-point first half marked the first time WSU didn't reach 20 points in the first half since scoring 17 at Washington, Jan. 5, 2008...Cougars won 56-52.
