BREMERTON, Wash. - The Washington State men's golf team will use its first day of scoring as the second day of competition at the Husky Invitational was cancelled due to inclement weather Tuesday, Oct. 2 at the par-72, 7,061-yard Gold Mountain Golf Club. Tournament scores were based on the first 36-holes played Monday as rain and wind forced the cancellation.

The Cougar men finished the first day, and the tournament, in 13th place as they fired a two-round total of 618. Sophomore Austin Hurt led the Cougar squad with a total score of 152 (+8).
