  • Cougars' 23 wins most since 1982-83 (23)...eight road wins most since eight in 1951-52...six Pac-10 road victories ties for most in school history (1979-80).

  • WSU's 12 wins away from Pullman (eight road, three neutral, Spokane) most since 12 (10 road, two neutral) in 1940-41.

  • The Cougars clinched at least third place in the Pacific-10 securing their best finish since a second place in 1982-83.

  • Washington State trailed at halftime (32-27) for the first time in 12 games...last deficit at intermission was 27-24 to No. 7 Arizona, Jan. 6 in Pullman...Cougars improved to 7-1 when behind entering the locker room.

  • The Cougars held Oregon State without a field goal for 6:35 (7:38 to 1:03) in the second half...eighth time this season WSU has held a foe without a field goal for at least five minutes.

  • Redshirt-sophomore guard Taylor Rochestie made his first start in a Washington State uniform (made 25 starts at Tulane in 2004-05 season).
