Branden Dalton has signed a valid financial aid agreement and will join the Washington State University men's golf team next season, Head Coach Walt Williams announced today.

Dalton earned second All-American honors at New Mexico Junior College and earned second team All-American honors at North Idaho College. While playing for NIC, he won five career tournaments and was the Scenic West Conference Most Valuable Player last spring.

"I am very excited to add Branden to our team," Williams said. "He is going to have an opportunity to come in and make an immediate impact for our program, and I fully expect him to do so."

While playing for Fernley High School in Fernley, Nev., Dalton garnered four-straight league most valuable player awards, and was also named all-state in each of his four varsity seasons. He won the state championship his senior year, and was also a two-time Nevada junior state champion.
