Cougs' Second Game Against Cal Washed Out

BERKELEY, Calif. -- The California (9-15)-Washington State (9-5) baseball game scheduled for Sunday, Mar. 14 at Cal's Evans Diamond was postponed due to heavy rain in the Bay Area. The game has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Mar. 16 at 2 p.m. at Evans Diamond.

The regularly scheduled Cal-Washington State game for Monday, Mar. 15 at 2 p.m. at Evans Diamond will still be played pending weather conditions. The Bears defeated the Cougars in the first game of the three-game non-Pac-10 counting series, 4-3, Saturday at Cal.

The rescheduled game Tuesday was orignially supposed to be a day off for the Cougar baseball team and WSU will continue its Bay Area spring break trip Wednesday with a single game with the University of San Francisco.
