Washington State Notes:

  • Klay Thompson led the team with 28 points, reached 20 points for the second-straight game.
  • With 12 points and 10 rebounds, DeAngelo Casto had his fourth double-double of the season and 11th of his career.
  • Freshman walk-on Will DiIorio played a career-high 20 minutes...he had a career-high two steals-played 13 minutes against Sacramento State Nov. 30.
  • WSU trailed at halftime for the fourth time in the last six games...trailed 40-28.
  • The Cougars had a season first-half high 12 turnovers-committed 11 against Kansas State in the first half Dec. 3.
  • Abe Lodwick scored a season high and tied his Pac-10 high with 11 points.
  • Faisal Aden didn't play due to his knee injury.
  • Thompson didn't start for just the second game of his career because he was late for a team function.
  • For just the second time this season, WSU was swept in a weekend series.
