PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) - Jeremy Green scored 24 points to lead Stanford past Washington State 75-62 on Thursday night.
The Cardinal (13-10, 6-6 Pac-10) shot a blistering 87.5 percent from behind the 3-point line in the first half (7 of 8) and did not miss until 2:03 left in the half. They made 9 of 16 3-pointers for the game. The torrid pace allowed the Cardinal to go on a 15-2 run midway through the first half and take a 45-28 lead at the break.
The Cardinal had three players finish in double figures as Dwight Powell added 16 points and Anthony Brown had 12.
