Mike LEACH
Head Coach (Third Season)

Washington State University announced Nov. 30, 2011 that Mike Leach has been named the Cougars' head football coach. In his second season in Pullman, Leach guided Washington State to the Gildan New Mexico Bowl. WSU's high-powered offense ranked fourth in the nation in passing offense, setting a school-record at 368.00 yards per game. (FULL BIO)

Senior Associate AD/Chief of Staff for Football (Third Season)

Director of Football Operations (Third Season)

Jim MASTRO
Running Backs (Third Season)

Jim Mastro, a veteran in the collegiate coaching ranks for more than two decades, begins his third season as running backs coach on Mike Leach's staff. Last season, Mastro guided a running back group that doubled its yards-per-carry average, nearly doubled its total rushing yardage and rushed for 10 touchdowns. (FULL BIO)
Clay MCGUIRE
Offensive Line (Third Season)

Clay McGuire begins his third season as offensive line coach at Washington State University and sixth season working on a Mike Leach-coached staff. McGuire played for Leach at Texas Tech then later served four seasons on the Red Raider staff. (FULL BIO)

Outside Receivers (Third Season)

Dennis Simmons, who spent 10 seasons at Texas Tech under head coach Mike Leach, returned to a familiar role as Leach's outside wide receivers coach prior to the 2012 season and begins his third year at Washington State University. (FULL BIO)
