RS-SENIOR (2008): Earned his fourth varsity letter after appearing in all 13 of WSU's games...made a career-best six starts...honored with the team's Frank Butler Award for Cougar Spirit at WSU's season-ending banquet...caught 16 passes for 201 yards, both of which were career highs...had a season-long 42-yard reception against Arizona (Nov. 8)...best game of the season came against Portland State (Sept. 20), where he caught a season-high four passes for a season-high 58 yards...also had multiple-reception games against Oregon (2; Sept. 27), Stanford (3; Nov. 1) and Arizona (2; Nov. 8).
RS-JUNIOR (2007): Earned a varsity letter after appearing in each of WSU's 12 games...received his first career start against California...received the team's weekly Cougar Claw Offense Award following performance against Stanford...hauled in eight receptions for 82 yards and two touchdowns on the season...had a season-high three receptions for 34 yards and a touchdown against Stanford...season-long 19-yard reception against the Cardinal...caught first career touchdown pass against San Diego State...had two receptions against both San Diego State and Arizona State...also caught a pass against Oregon State.
RS-SOPHOMORE (2006): Earned a varsity letter after appearing in eight of WSU's 12 games...suffered a knee sprain against Oregon State and missed the last four games...member of WSU's kickoff return special teams unit.
RS-FRESHMAN (2005): Earned a varsity letter after appearing in each of WSU's 11 games...caught his only pass in the team's final game against Washington, a five-yard reception...had one solo tackle against Nevada...member of WSU's PAT and FG special teams units.
FRESHMAN (2004-05): Originally signed with WSU in February 2001...went on a two-year mission and enrolled in January 2004...participated in spring drills...redshirt season.
WOODARD'S HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Attended Cheney High, where he was coached by Tom Oswald...four-year letterwinner and senior captain...also played basketball and baseball and captained those teams as a senior...as a SOPHOMORE (1999-2000) earned the basketball team's newcomer of the year award...during JUNIOR (2000-01) campaign was all-league on both offense and defense...also named all-state on both offense and defense...named first-team all-league in basketball and was an all-league outfielder for the baseball team...during SENIOR (2001-02) season earned all-league honors on both sides of the ball...was the league's co-MVP on defense and the back of the year on offense...all-state as linebacker and tight end...team's defensive MVP...picked to play in the All-State Game...caught 41 passes for 468 yards and six touchdowns...on defense had 80 tackles, four sacks, two interceptions and two fumble recoveries, one for a touchdown.
