WSU CAREER: A member of the third varsity eight boat during the fall season of her SOPHOMORE (2011-12) year...rowed in the second varsity four events at the Gonzaga and Oregon State duals...competed with the open eight boat at the Washington dual...honorable mention Pac-12 All Academic... competed with the novice team during FRESHMAN (2010-11) year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in volleyball for head coach Bill Cailier at Kentwood High a sophomore, earned team coaches' award, most inspirational, and named team captain...also earned team coaches' award as a letterwinner in track and field for coach Steve Roche...attended South Puget Sound League competition for javelin as a senior...listed in the top ten distance (javelin) throws for Kentwood High School...also played doubles tennis in high school for coach Ingrid Bakke and club volleyball for coaches April Helms and Tina.

PERSONAL: Alyssa Nicole Rumann...born in February of 1992...father Ron works as a home remodeler...mother Barb is a kindergarten Casey...cousin Bradley played football at Whitworth...enjoys drawing, painting, and spending time with friends and family...member of the National Honors Society in high school...plans to pursue a degree in kinesiology at Washington State.
