History of Rome with professor Williams

What is your greatest sports moment?
Winning state cross country my senior year. Winning the UW dual meet was pretty cool too.

What is your favorite pre-race ritual?

Retire.

What is your most prized possession?
My car. I can't imagine not having my car.

If you could change places with Coach Drake for one day, what would you do?
Change the rules so we don't have to dress up when we travel. We have to wear ties and dress shoes. It just feels so uncomfortable.

What is your favorite TV show?
Married with Children.

What is the best advice you have ever received?
Don't let someone beat you who is more talented.

Who has had the greatest influence on your life?
My family and my high school cross country coach. I wouldn't be running in college if it weren't for him.

The ocean and forest from Bellingham, Wash.

Who is your favorite actor or actress?
Edward Norton. Any movie he is ever in is always good.

Pearl Jam.

Since coming to WSU, what have you learned?
How to drive in the snow and put chains on my car.

What athlete do you admire most?
Craig Mottram, Australian distance runner.
