JUNIOR (2011-12): Indoor - Ran second-fastest 200m time on team with 21.74i at Idaho Indoor Open (2/4/12, Moscow)...soared to triple jump PR of 15.98m/52-5 1/4i at Cougar Indoor meet (1/28/12, Pullman) MPSF Championships won the long jump with PR of 7.75m/25-5 1/4i and was runner-up in triple jump at 15.89m/52-1 3/4i (2/28/12, Seattle) NCAA Indoor Championships (3/10/12, Nampa, Idaho) finished seventh in triple jump (15.87m/52-1i) and 13th in long jump (7.14m/23-5 1/4i)...earned All-America honors...Outdoor - Twice ran the 200m in a time of 21.87...saved best jumps for conference Pac-12 Championships won long jump title with a wind-aided PR of 7.85m/25-9 1/4w and also had a legal PR of 7.78m/25-6 1/2 (5/13/12, Eugene) mark is the ninth-best in WSU all-time records...also at Pac-12 Championships was runner-up in triple jump with PR of 16.05m/52-8...mark is 10th-best in WSU all-time NCAA West Prelims finished 12th in long jump (7.69m/25-2 3/4w) and 31st in triple jump (14.97m/49-1 1/2) NCAA Championships finished fifth in long jump (7.80m/25-7 1/4w) in spite of sore hamstring...earned All-America honors again.

SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Indoor - Runner-up at MPSF Championships in long jump with indoor PR of 7.41m/24-3 3/4i (2/25/11, Seattle)...third in triple jump at MPSF Champs with leap of 15.50m/50-10 1/4i...soared to indoor PR in triple jump of 15.65m/51-4 1/4i at Husky Classic (2/12/11, Seattle)...Outdoor - Had solid performances at Pac-12 Championships...finished fifth in long jump with PR distance of 7.41m/24-3 3/4 and won triple jump with PR leap of 15.90m/52-2 (5/14/11, Tucson)...triple jump mark is 10th-best in WSU NCAA Preliminary Rounds fouled all three attempts in long jump and placed 15th in triple jump with best effort of 15.50m/50-10 1/4 (5/28/11, Eugene).

FRESHMAN (2009-10): Indoor - Leaped NCAA Provisional Qualifying and indoor PR of 15.47m/50-9 1/4i at Husky Classic (2/13/10, Seattle)...long jump PR of 7.40m/24-3 1/2i at Cougar Indoor (1/23/10, Pullman) Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships (2/27/10, Seattle) finished third in triple jump (15.46m/50-8 3/4i) and sixth in the long jump (7.37m/24-2 1/4i)...Outdoor - Reached long jump PR distance of 7.43m/24-4 1/2 at Cougar Invitational (4/24/10, Pullman)...also soared to PR in triple jump of 15.62m/51-3 at WSU vs. UW Dual Meet (5/1/10, Pullman)...finished second in triple jump at Pac-10 Championships with leap of 15.50m/50-10 1/4...took seventh in long jump at Pac-10s with mark of 7.09m/23-3 1/4...finished 17th in triple jump at NCAA Preliminary Round with jump of 15.46m/50-8 3/4.

POST HIGH SCHOOL CAREER (2009): Leaped 14.47m/47-5 3/4i at UW All-Comers Indoor Preview meet...soared in triple jump to 15.37m/55-5 1/4 at Stanford Invite (3/27/09) the USA Junior Track & Field Championships finished 12th in the triple jump with a wind-aided leap of 14.56m/47-9 1/4 (6/28/09, Eugene).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Accorded three varsity letters at Curtis as a forward on the basketball team for coach Lindsey Bemis...two letters for track coach Nate Wilford, who also coached the Flying AJs Track Club...junior year basketball team played in the 2007 state 4A tournament...during track season, was South Puget Sound League and district triple jump champion...triple jump runner-up at state 4A 2007 championships(47-0 1/2) and at the Brooks Washington-Oregon Meet of Champions...won the USATF Regional title...took third place at USATF meet...senior season finished fourth in the indoor triple jump at Simplot Games...leaped 49-2 1/2 for second at Arcadia Invite (4/12/08)...won league, district and state 4A triple jump titles...set stadium record at Brooks Washington-Oregon Meet of Champions in long jump (22-7) and triple jump (47-2 1/2)...USATF Regional triple jump champion and on winning 4x100m relay USATF national meet fouled in triple jump and relay team disqualified...invited to represent USA team in Australia.
