PULLMAN, Wash. - The Washington State University men's basketball game against UCLA, March 1 at Friel Court is sold out.
The Cougars (21-4, 10-3 Pacific-10), ranked 10th by Associated Press and 11th by ESPN/USA Today in this week's national rankings, host the Bruins (No. 5 AP/No. 7 ESPN/USA Today). Game time will be determined Feb. 19 when television selections are made.
It is the third sellout of the season for Washington State. The Cougars defeated Gonzaga (Dec. 5) and Washington (Jan. 20) in front of capacity crowds.
"It is exciting to see our fans respond to the success of our men's basketball team," WSU Director of Athletics for External Operations Pete Isakson said. "Our student, community, alumni has helped create a tremendous home court atmosphere."
Washington State concludes its home schedule when USC (No. 22/No. 23) comes to town, Saturday, March 3. Like the UCLA game, tip time will be determined by television, Feb. 19. Less than 700 tickets remain for the general public to see the Cougars and Trojans do battle.
Student guest passes for both games go on sale at the Cougar Depot in downtown Pullman, Monday, Feb. 26 at 8 a.m.
