Cougar Women Finish Round Two of Stanford Intercollegiate

STANFORD, Calif. - The Washington State women's golf team finished the second round of competition at the Stanford Intercollegiate Saturday with a score of 327 and sits in 16th place.

Led by junior Amy Eneroth, the women have a combined two-day total of 633 and remain ahead of No. 42 San Jose State and No. 23 Texas (rankings by Golfweek) at the par-71, 6,089-yard Stanford Golf Course.

Eneroth shot a 7-over par 78 to move her two-round total to 153. Freshman Allison Travis, playing in her first collegiate tournament, finished day two with a total score of 158.

Senior Brooke Henderson carded a two-day total of 160, senior Tracy Broders shot a 164 and junior Jessica Black finished day two with a total of 165 to round out the Cougar contingent.

The tournament is led by No. 2 Duke (574, +6), No. 4 Arizona State (586, +18) and No. 1 UCLA (587, +19).

Washington State returns for third round action Sunday when play begins at 8:30 a.m.
