PULLMAN, Wash.- The Washington State University men's basketball team will hold a free kids' clinic for boys and girls grades kindergarten through sixth, Saturday, Oct. 1 from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

The clinic will be held in the basketball practice gyms, PEB 144 and 146, on the campus of Washington State University. Check-in for the clinic begins at 10 a.m. in PEB 144.

The Cougar Basketball Kids' Clinic will feature instruction by head coach Ken Boneand the entire 2011-12 team. The clinic will emphasize defensive and offensive fundamentals, sportsmanship and teamwork. The Cougars' practice will be open to clinic participants, family and friends from 9-10 a.m. in PEB 146, so those who arrive early can catch a peak at this year's team.

The clinic is free and limited to the first 75 participants that register. Registration is available online only and all participants must register in advance, by Thursday, Sept. 29 at 5 p.m. To register click HERE.

Following the clinic, the team will be on hand for an autograph session and the 2011-12 basketball posters will be available.
