WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - The Mountain Pacific Sports Federation recognizes the following Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field scholar-athletes for their academic excellence in the classroom, as well as their individual accomplishments in intercollegiate athletics for 1999. Qualifying student-athletes must possess a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better; must be at least a sophomore academically; must have completed at least one full academic year at the institution they are currently competing at; and must have participated in 50 percent or more of their institution's competition in the student-athlete's particular sport.
