Final Results.

Sophomore Emma Betland led the Washington State University women's golf team as the Cougars concluded play Wednesday at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown, hosted by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

After shooting its best round of the fall season Tuesday with a score of 297, WSU fired a final-round 314 (+26) and finished the three-day event at 920 and in 17th place.

Betland led WSU in the final round with a 4-over 76, ending her three rounds with a 222 (+6) total and in a tie for 24th. Teammate Kristen Allard had three birdies in her round and finished with a 6-over 78. The junior had a three-day total of 227 (+11) to finish in a tie for 49th.

Senior Allison Travis matched her first-round score of 79 (+7) to conclude her tournament tied for 71st with a three-day total of 233 (+17). Sophomore teammate Ali Thompson shot an 81 (+9) during Wednesday's round and finished the tournament in a tie for 80th at 238. Freshman Mallory Kent finished 92nd with a three-day score of 247 (+31) following an 83 (+11) Wednesday.

Sophomore Ellen Park is competing as an individual at the tournament and finished third round with an 80 (+8), giving her a two-round total of 230 and in a tie for 64th.

The Cougars are next in action Nov. 5 when they participate in the Pac-10/SEC Challenge at Stanford, Calif.
