WALNUT CREEK, Calif. --Pacific-10 Conference outdoor track and field athlete of the week honors for the week of April 19-25, 2010:

Men's Track Athlete of the Week: MAC FLEET, OREGON (Fr., San Diego, Calif.). Fleet ran on three Oregon relay teams that finished first, first and second at the Penn Relays over the weekend. Fleet ran the 800 leg on the winning distance medley relay team in 1:48.04 on Friday. Saturday morning, Fleet ran the lead leg on Oregon's winning four-mile relay team in 4:03.3. He finished his duties at the Relays by running the second leg of the 4x800 meter relay in 1:47.64, as the Ducks took second in that race. The wins in the DMR and four-mile relay were Oregon's first in the 116-year history of the Penn Relays.

Men's Field Athlete of the Week: Stephan Scott-Ellis, WASHINGTON STATE (Fr., Tacoma, Wash.). Stephan Scott-Ellis won the long jump at the 10th annual Cougar Invitational with a PR leap of 7.43m/24-4 ½.

Women's Track Athlete of the Week: 4x400 METER RELAY TEAM, OREGON. Oregon broke a 15-year-old school record in the 4x400 meter relay in a second-place finish at the Penn Relays. The Ducks (Jamesha Youngblood, Keshia Baker, Michele Williams, Amber Purvis) ran 3:32.34 to finish behind defending champion University of Technology of Jamaica. Oregon's time was the second-fastest in the NCAA this season.

Women's Field Athlete of the Week: Kjirsten Jensen, WASHINGTON STATE (So., Arlington, Wash.). Jensen placed second in the hammer at the 10th annual Cougar Invitational with a PR toss of 56.49m/185-4. It was the fourth-best throw in Washington State women's history.

2010 PAC-10 TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETES OF THE WEEK MEN'S TRACK - April 12 -Ashton Eaton, ORE (110m hurdles/long jump/4x100). April 19 -Jeshua Anderson, WSU (400m hurdles). April 26 - Mac Fleet, ORE (DM relay, Four-mile relay, 4x800 meter relay)

MEN'S FIELD - April 12 -Ryan Whiting, ASU (SP). April 19 -Alex Wolff, ORE (JT). April 26 -Stephan Scott-Ellis, WSU (LJ).

WOMEN'S TRACK - April 12 -Amber Purvis, ORE (100m/200m/4x100). April 19 -Katie Follett, WASH (1500m). April 26 - 4x400 Meter Relay, ORE (Jamesha Youngblood, Keshia Baker, Michele Williams, Amber Purvis).

WOMEN'S FIELD - April 12 -Brooke Pighin, WASH (JT). April 19 -Lauren Chambers, USC (HT). April 26 -Kjirsten Jensen, WSU (HT).
