PULLMAN, Wash. - The Washington State University women's tennis match against Sacramento State, scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 22, has been postponed until Feb. 11 due to travel difficulties relating to recent storms in the Pacific Northwest.

Sacramento State was scheduled to face the University of Washington in Seattle Friday, but that match was not contested when the Hornets flight to Seattle was canceled. The Hornets were unable to find alternate travel arrangements, forcing the postponement of Sunday's match.

WSU opened its 2012 dual match season Thursday with 7-0 wins against Lewis-Clark State and Idaho. WSU is next in action Jan. 27 when it hosts Seattle (9 a.m.) and Portland State (2 p.m.) at the Simmelink Tennis Courts at Hollingbery Fieldhouse.
