Cougar Women Continue Fall Season with Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational

PULLMAN, Wash. - On Tap This Week: The Washington State University women's golf team will compete in the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational, hosted by the University of Washington, Oct. 4-6.

The teams will play 18 holes each day Monday through Wednesday, with tee times beginning at 9 a.m., 8 a.m. the final day.

The Course: Tacoma Country & Golf Club; Tacoma, Wash., will play at 6,078 yards and a par 72 for the tournament.

The Field: Joining the Cougars in the 14-school field will be USC (1), Pepperdine (11), Stanford (14), California (20),UC-Davis, Gonzaga, Idaho, New Mexico State, Oregon, Oregon State, San Francisco, San Jose State and Washington (2 teams). ( pre-season rankings).

Representing WSU: Playing for the Cougars will be junior Kristen Allard, sophomores Ellen Park, Emma Betland and Ali Thompson and freshman Mallory Kent.
