The turning point game in the game came with the Cougars trailing 53-45 with 10:55 remaining in the game. WSU was in possession when head coach Jenny Przekwas was whistled for a technical foul.
"I had no idea I was going to get hit with a technical," Przekwas said. "I had not said much during the game up until that point, but I thought we had a few hand check calls.
"He (the official) said I was out on the floor and he was right. It was my fault to get a technical at that point in the game."
The Cougars conclude their two-game road trip at Bowling Green, Monday night beginning at 7 p.m. Eastern Time.
