THIS WEEK: The Cougars will take on the No. 23 Oregon Ducks Saturday, March 13...Ducks won the first meeting between the two teams this season 4-3, February 20.

WSU HEAD COACH Lisa Hart ON THIS WEEKEND: "The players are coming together as a team, learning how to win, and expecting to win every time they step on the court. The next three matches are very important to us and I feel strongly that we are physically and mentally prepared to win."

UP NEXT: Washington State will spend their spring break competing in Hawaii...the Cougars will meet both New Mexico and Hawaii in Honolulu Tuesday, March 16 and Friday March 19, respectively.

LAST WEEK: The Cougars put down No. 47 San Diego State, 5-2 in Seattle...lost to No. 67 San Diego and No. 8 Washington...freshman Amy Toth found success against all three teams this weekend remaining undefeated in singles...Lorena Arias/Zsofia Fodor knocked off the No. 13 nationally ranked duo of Indra Erichsen/Katalina Romero from San Diego State.

COUGARS IN THE RANKINGS: The WSU Cougars finished last season at No. 51 in the ITA rankings and currently hold the No. 58 slot...Orsolya Sallai is ranked No. 20 in singles in the Northwest Region...senior Lorena Arias is No. 30 in the Northwest Region...Arias and junior Chris Martinez are ranked No. 9 regionally in doubles.

WSU FACES TOUGH COMPETITION: The Cougars have faced nationally-ranked opponents in nine of their last 10 dual matches.
