-The 80-yard TD run by Jerome Harrison 12 seconds after opening kickoff was the longest run since Jermaine Green's 80-run against UCLA in 2002...ties for 10th-longest run from scrimmage in school history.

--Harrison scored twice in first 2:09 of for the night 24 carries for 165 yards.

--Three WSU touchdown drives were less than one minute in duration.

--Kyle Basler's career punt stats moved to 209 punts for 8,932 yards, both second on WSU's all-time lists...record-holder is Gavin Hedrick with 217 punts for 9,409 yards (1974-77)...Basler passed Rob Myers (208 punts/8,765 yards, 1986-89).

--With a pair of TD receptions tonight, Cougar wide receiver Jason Hill is tied for ninth in career receiving TDs with 14...needs another pair to move into a tie for fifth (16).

--Washington State has won its last six regular season Thursday games dating back to 1959...Cougars are 2-0 vs. Idaho in Thursday games (last time 36-7 home win in 2001)...WSU is 4-0 all-time in Thursday games played at Pullman.

--Cougars have won five straight season openers...prior to the current streak last time WSU won five straight opening games was the seasons from 1986-90.

--WSU has won eight straight nonconference games in Pullman...last loss was 38-34 to Idaho in 2000.

--Cougars have dominated the series with the Vandals in recent history posting a 5-0 record from 2001-05 and outscoring Idaho 197-55...Idaho scored more points tonight - 29 - than in the previous four games (26).

--WSU has won six straight against Western Athletic Conference opponents.
