Women's Hoops Pac-12 Tournament Win on Twitter

Friday's women's basketball victory against No. 20 Cal at Seattle's KeyArena propelled the Cougars to the Pac-12 Tournament semifinals for the second time in three years.

It also launched quite the reaction on Twitter.

Even while the game was in progress, women's hoops was drawing attention at other Cougar events happening at the same time.

Nearby, the Cougar Athletic Fund annual Night With Cougar Football event was taking place in downtown Seattle. Football was not the only sport on attendees' minds, judging by this tweet from event host and WSU alumnae Cindy Brunson:

WNBA All-Star and ESPN Analyst Kara Lawson was paying attention to the Cougars' offensive explosion at the tournament.

The seventh-seeded Cougars face No. 3 seed Oregon State in a semifinal game at 8:30 p.m. on the Pac-12 Networks.
