PULLMAN, Wash. - Each Wednesday during conference play, a Pac-10 women's basketball player will drop in for a special chat and take questions on the conference race, women's hoops and the college basketball scene.

Nyseth, a native of Cheshire, Ore., paces the Pac-10 in assist-turnover ratio (2.56), ranks second in 3-point field goal percentage (.471), third in assists (5.12 avg.) and fourth in steals (2.50 avg.). The Cougars (4-4) are next in action at the Montana Lady Griz Classic, Dec. 29-30.

Nyseth was named the 2000 Rutgers University Coca-Cola Classic Scholar Athlete on Nov. 24. In addition, she was received All-Tournament Team honors at the Classic, averaging 10 points, five rebounds, 4.5 assists and two steals in two games. A Biological Systems Engineering major, Nyseth carries a 3.86 GPA. She was honored last year as the College of Agriculture and the Biological Systems Engineering Junior of the Year. In addition, she was a 2000 Pacific-10 All-Academic Team selection.

While Nyseth will not be stopping by until 10:30 a.m. PT on Wednesday, you may send in your questions for Nyseth now and we will save them for her arrival.
