Alex Schisel was named to coordinator of operations for women's soccer in March, 2014.

Schisel (pronounced chisel) graduated from Pacific Lutheran in 2011 and is scheduled to earn his master's degree in sport management from Washington State in May, 2014.

He played for the Lutes under coach John Yorke and was a member of the 2011 squad that became the first in school history to make the NCAA Division III Championship.

Schisel played his prep soccer at Highline High School and finished his four-year career with 44 assists, which ranked second in school history. He was a team captain as a senior. He played for F.C. United (now Washington Premier F.C.) out of Tacoma, Wash.

A native of Burien, Wash., Schisel will be responsible for team travel, camps and gameday operations. He was a team manager in 2013.
