Casey Kramer

Casey Kramer begins his second year as the assistant football strength and conditioning coach after previously working as a military tactical strength and conditioning specialist for the U.S. Army and as the assistant strength and conditioning coach at Boston College.

Kramer spent the previous two years in Fort Carson, Colo. with the U.S. Army, designing and implementing a multi-faceted performance training program for elite special forces soldiers. He also developed a year-round periodized program for soldiers that could be done regardless of location.

Prior to the U.S. Army, Kramer worked at Boston College for three years, assisting with the design and administration of strength training and conditioning workouts for football under the direction of current WSU Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Jason Loscalzo.

Kramer also served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Auburn University from May 2006 - July 2008, assisting with strength and conditioning workouts for the Tigers football team. He also assisted with the strength and conditioning programs for Auburn's baseball, softball, women's basketball, women's soccer and women's gymnastics teams.

A native of Leoti, Kan., Kramer earned his bachelor's degree in health and physical education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2005 and his master's degree in adult education from Auburn in 2007. Loscalzo has been certified by CSCS, CKI, SCCC and level 1 certified by modern army combatives.
