PULLMAN, Wash. - Washington State alumni, supporters, and fans are invited to travel with the Cougar men's basketball team to New Zealand and Australia in June.
The Cougars, coming off a school record-tying 26 wins and a trip the NCAA Tournament, will depart June 2 from Pullman or Spokane, and return June 16. The trip will include two days in Auckland, New Zealand before continuing in Australia. There, WSU will spend two days in Canberra, three in Sydney, two in Brisbane and three in Cairns. The Cougars will play six games during their trip.
The cost of the 15-day, 12-night tour is $4,750 per person and includes flights, accommodations, and breakfast each day. Limited sightseeing with the team, including a cruise to The Great Barrier Reef, travel on the team bus, and game tickets are also included. Individuals will be on their own for lunch, dinner, personal sightseeing, and transportation for non-team related activities.
