Head Coach (Fourth Season)

Washington State University announced Nov. 30, 2011 that Mike Leach has been named the Cougars' head football coach. In his second season in Pullman, Leach guided Washington State to the Gildan New Mexico Bowl. WSU's high-powered offense ranked fourth in the nation in passing offense, setting a school-record at 368.00 yards per game. (FULL BIO)
Senior Associate AD/Chief of Staff for Football (Fourth Season)

When Mike Leach was named head coach at Washington State University, he wasted no time in naming David Emerick as his chief of staff, a position similar to what Emerick held while he and Leach were at Texas Tech. (FULL BIO)
Director of Football Operations (Fourth Season)

Antonio Huffman begins his third season as director of football operations at Washington State University after joining Mike Leach's staff in 2012. Huffman arrived in Pullman following two seasons at East Carolina University, where he served in a similar role on Ruffin McNeill's staff. (FULL BIO)
Defensive Coordinator/Secondary (First Season)

Alex Grinch was named the Defensive Coordinator at WSU in January 2015. In addition to his defensive coordinator role, Grinch will coach the secondary. He spent the previous three seasons at Missouri where he coached safeties. (FULL BIO)
Outside Receivers (Second Season)

Graham Harrell was promoted to outside receivers coach in February 2015 after spending one season as an offensive analyst. (FULL BIO)
Outside Linebackers (First Season)

Roy Manning joined the WSU staff in January 2015 after two years coaching at his alma mater, Michigan. He spent three seasons in the NFL after his playing career with the Wolverines and coached for one season at Cincinnati. (FULL BIO)
Running Backs (Fourth Season)

Jim Mastro, a veteran in the collegiate coaching ranks for more than two decades, begins his third season as running backs coach on Mike Leach's staff. (FULL BIO)
Offensive Line (Fourth Season)

Clay McGuire begins his fourth season as offensive line coach at Washington State University and eighth season working on a Mike Leach-coached staff. McGuire played for Leach at Texas Tech then later served four seasons on the Red Raider staff. (FULL BIO)
Special Teams Coordinator (First Season)

Eric Mele was promoted to Special Teams Coordinator at WSU after two-plus seasons as an offensive quality control assistant with the program. He served as the interim special teams coordinator for part of the 2014 season. (FULL BIO)

Nine-year National Football League veteran Joe Salave'a begins his fourth season on Mike Leach's Washington State coaching staff as the defensive line coach. (FULL BIO)

Jason Loscalzo begins his third season as the head football strength and conditioning coach. At WSU, Loscalzo is responsible for all aspects involved in the development, coordination, implementation and supervision of the strength and conditioning programs for the Cougar football team. (FULL BIO)

Tyson Brown enters his first season as the Cougars assistant football strength and conditioning coach after working the previous year as associate director of strength and conditioning at the University of South Florida. (FULL BIO)
Asst. Football Strength & Conditioning Coach (Eighth Season)

Marco Candido enters his seventh year at Washington State University as an assistant football strength and conditioning coach. Prior to joining the Cougars in 2008, Candido spent two seasons in Des Moines, Iowa as Drake Univeristy’s head football strength and conditioning coach. (FULL BIO)

Defensive Quality Control (First Season)

Brian Odom arrived at WSU in January 2015 following three seasons at the University of Houston where he served as Co-Director of Sports Performance. Prior to Houston, he spent seven seasons at the University of Arizona in a similar position. (FULL BIO)

Gordy Anderson is in his second season on staff at Washington State and his first season as Manager of Player Personnel, assisting with various facets of recruiting as well as helping with operations. (FULL BIO)

Mike Bethea begins his third year on the Cougars coaching staff as a defensive graduate assistant after joining the program in January, 2013. Bethea works primarily with the linebackers and assists with the scout teams. (FULL BIO)
