Corvallis, Ore.--- Sophomore Dustin White (Pueblo West, Colo.) shot a career-best 68 in the second round of the Northwest Collegiate Classic to finish the first day with a two-over-par 142.

White's 68 came after a first round, four-over-par 74, leaving him tied for 28th place. The second-year Cougar's previous best came last April at the Pac-10 Championship where he shot a 70 in the third round.
