BANDON, Ore. – The Washington State University men’s golf team shot 33-over par (316) in the second round of the Bandon Dunes Championship, Sunday, at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
The Cougars are currently in 13th place and sit one stroke back from Gonzaga (+35, 603). Missouri (-3, 565) leads the competition, while Washington’s Jonathan Sanders (-4, 138) is the top individual performer.
WSU junior Charlie Mroz led the Cougars in the second round, carding a 74 (+3). Mroz is currently tied with senior Jarrett Foote (+7, 149) for 36th place. Senior Blake Snyder (+10, 152) is tied for 48th. Redshirt junior Alex Wagner (+14, 156) sits four strokes back from Snyder, and junior Michael Anderson (+15, 157) is tied for 70th.
