Letter in track and soccer at Edmonds Woodway High as a freshman...finished prep career at Lynnwood High, earning two letters in soccer, three in track and one in cross a freshman, led soccer team to a 12-4-4 overall record...qualified for State track meet in both the 300m hurdles and 4x400m relay...holds EWHS record in 300m hurdles...LHS soccer MVP as a sophomore...Wesco South honorable mention...state meet qualifier in 300m hurdles and 4x400m team captain and assist leader as a junior...all-league honorable mention...captained track team...second in 300m hurdles at 3A State Championships...set LHS record in 300m hurdles ..all-league honorable mention in cross country as a senior...captained track team...fourth in 300m hurdles at state meet...Edmonds School District Scholar Athlete...six seasons with Northwest Nationals Shamrocks who were 2002, 2003 and 2006 state finalist and 2004 Orange Classic Champion.
