THIS WEEK: The Washington State women's soccer team hosts USC and UCLA to close out the regular season...Cougars (13-4-1, 5-1-1 Pac-10) play Women of Troy, Friday, Nov. 6 at 1:30 p.m. (note this is a time change from the original 2 p.m.)...Bruins are in town for an 11 a.m. match, Sunday, Nov. 8...match against the Bruins is Senior Day for the Cougars.

COUGARS IN THE RANKINGS: Washington State is in the top 25 nationally in all three polls and the current NCAA Ratings Power Index (RPI)...Cougars are No. 13 in the Soccer Times poll and the RPI, No. 17 according to Soccer America and No. 18 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) poll...WSU is No. 3 in the NSCAA Pacific Region poll...third-straight week the Cougars are ranked in all three polls.

STRENGTH OF SCHEDULE: Using the current Ratings Power Index (RPI), Washington State has posted a road victory against No. 19 Oregon State, No. 37 Arizona State and No. 48 Oregon and has defeated No. 28 BYU and No. 29 California in Pullman this season...Cougars tied No. 23 Washington on the road, have losses to No. 3 Portland, No. 4 Florida State and No. 32 Colorado College, all on the road, and suffered a 2-1 overtime setback to No. 1 Stanford at Lower Soccer Field...WSU is the only team to take the Cardinal beyond regulation this season...Cougars' remaining matches are at home against No. 15 USC and No. 5 UCLA.

ABOUT USC: The Women of Troy are 12-6-0, 4-3-0 Pac-10...USC is 5-3-0 on the road and ranked in all three national polls, sitting at No. 19 (Soccer Times), No. 20 (Soccer America) and No. 21 (NSCAA)...Women of Troy are No. 15 in the RPI and No. 4 in the NSCAA Pacific Region poll...Alyssa Davila leads USC with nine goals and 22 points and is one of four team members with four assists.

SERIES WITH THE WOMEN OF TROY: USC leads 8-4-2...Washington State has won four of five in Pullman, including the last three...only road victory for USC in the series was 2-1 in double overtime during the 2000 season...Cougars are unbeaten (1-0-2) in the last three...teams played to a 0-0 tie in Los Angeles last season...last time in Pullman (2007), Carly Dobratz's second half goal provided WSU a 2-1 victory.

SERIES WITH THE BRUINS: UCLA leads 12-2-2...Bruins are 5-1-0 in Pullman...second trip to the Palouse in the last five years for UCLA...last season in Los Angeles, the Bruins netted the equalizer in the final minute of regulation and went on to post a 2-1 victory in double overtime...last meeting in Pullman resulted in a 2-0 win for the Bruins during the 2007 season.
