PULLMAN, Wash. - The Washington State women's soccer team held a 6K run as well as a meet and greet with alumnae to honor Liz Duncan, a Cougar soccer student-athlete who was killed in a car accident last year.
Alumnae from the last seven seasons traveled from the Seattle area, California and Montana to take part in the Liz Duncan Memorial run in Pullman. Following the run, the current Cougar team had breakfast with the former student-athletes. The event was attended by WSU Director of Athletics Jim Sterk.
The Cougars will host Idaho, Sunday at 3 p.m.
