--Dwight Tardy's 14-yard touchdown run in the second quarter was his team-leading fourth rushing touchdown of the season....Tardy's 105 yards marked the second time he has eclipsed the century mark rushing this season.

WSU's first scoring drive of 16-plays and 95 yards that last 6:08 marked the longest scoring drive of the season, in terms of plays and time, topping a 14-play, 5:24 drive against Baylor which led to the Cougars game-winning field goal.

--Eric Frampton's 43-yard, second-quarter interception return for a touchdown was the second this season by the WSU defense, the first coming in a 34-23 win over Oregon when Tyron Brackenridge's interception went 24 yards for the score...it also marked Frampton's team-leading fifth interception of the season.

--WSU's interception in the second quarter marked the 11th straight game in which the Cougars have intercepted a pass, tying the mark from the 1972 season when WSU had an interception in all 11 games.

--WSU's 95-yard touchdown drive in the second quarter marked the 25th time in the last 26 games the Cougars have produced a touchdown drive of at least 80 yards or more...in that span WSU has produced touchdowns of 90 or more yards.

---WSU has now scored in 261 consecutive games, 245 consecutive Pac-10 games and 195 consecutive games in Martin Stadium.

--The 14-14 halftime score was the first time the Apple Cup had been tied since at least the 1983 season, which is as far back as halftime records were available.

--Romeen Abdollmohammadi's 32-yard field goal in the third quarter was his third of the season in three attempts.

--Alex Brink's third-quarter touchdown pass to Cody Boyd marked the 68th game in the last 72 games a WSU quarterback has thrown a touchdown pass...WSU did not thrown a TD pass against Cal earlier this year.
