Rue and Lewis lead the way at Pac-12 Preview

KONA, Hawaii – Washington State completed the first two rounds of the Pac-12 Preview and currently sits 11th (+25, 609) in the competitive field. Washington leads the pack (-16, 568), followed by UCLA in second (-14, 570), and USC in third (-12, 572).

Junior, Kristen Rue, lead the way for the Cougars and  finished tied for 34th (+4, 150). Rue carded two birdies on the day and finished even on the second round.

Sophomore, Rachel Lewis, also stepped up for WSU finishing tied for 30th (+6, 152) for the first two rounds. Lewis fired five birdies and scored only one over par in the second round.

The tee times for the third and final round of the Pac-12 Preview will begin at 9:30 a.m. (PT).
