PULLMAN, Wash. – The registration deadline for Washington State University men’s basketball 2014 Day Camp, featuring instruction from first-year head coach Ernie Kent, his staff and basketball student-athletes, has been extended and parents can now register their kids for the camp until Friday, June 13 at noon.
The Day Camp runs from June 16-19 and is open to boys and girls entering second through eighth grade, costing $150 per camper. The camp will take place daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a lunch break from noon-1 p.m. Campers will need to bring their own lunch or money to purchase pizza, snacks and/or drinks at the camp. No housing will be provided for the Day Camp. The campers will be given daily instruction by WSU student-athletes and coaching staff, including Coach Kent, learning basic offensive and defensive fundamentals, while participating in five-on-five games daily. Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt and a basketball.
