I have questions about ordering bowl tickets. Whom should I contact?
Please contact the WSU Ticket Office with any questions at 1-800-GO-COUGS or athleticstickets@wsu.edu.

How do I order tickets?
Bowl tickets can be purchased online at WSUCougars.com or over the phone (1-800-GO COUGS). To purchase online, log in to your account on the WSU Tickets page. *Please note: If you are or have been a WSU season ticket holder, single-game buyer or CAF member, an account is already associated with your name and email. Please DO NOT create a new account. Call the WSU Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-GO COUGS for help retrieving your account information. Once you have logged onto your account, select FOOTBALL then BOWL GAME.

I can't attend the game, can I donate tickets?
If you would like to purchase tickets for donation, use the Promo Code "GIVE" and the tickets will be donated to local Albuquerque-area active-duty military and their families.

When is the latest I can purchase tickets through WSU?
We will accept ticket orders until Dec. 20, the day before the game.

How many tickets can I purchase?
While there is no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase, only the first 12 tickets will be seated by your CAF Rank.

How are bowl seats assigned?
All tickets that are ordered through WSU will be assigned based on CAF Rank, as long as they are ordered before the priority deadline. Up to 12 tickets will be seated together by CAF Rank. If fans purchase more than 12 tickets, any tickets above that amount will be allocated after all other priority orders have been seated.

Why should I buy my tickets through the WSU Ticket Office?
Purchasing tickets through the WSU Ticket Office helps us fulfill our ticket allotment. It also ensures that your tickets will be in a WSU seating area.

When will I receive my bowl tickets?
We anticipate tickets being mailed 10 days prior to the game. Your bowl tickets will be shipped overnight via FedEx. Please assure that your account information has a valid shipping address (PO Box numbers are not accepted).

I need ADA seating, what should I do?
Contact the WSU Ticket Office at 1-800-GO COUGS to make an ADA request.

Is RV parking available for the bowl game?
Contact the New Mexico Bowl office for more information.

Is there an official WSU pregame/tailgate?
TBA

Are student tickets available for the bowl game?
Yes. Student tickets will make up 6% of the bowl allotment and can be ordered online at WSUCougars.com. Student bowl tickets will go on sale starting Sunday, December 8th at 7 p.m. to students with valid Sports Passes. To purchase student tickets, log in to your WSU tickets account and go to Student Tickets. Limit of four per student.
*Deadline to purchase tickets in the WSU Student Section is WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11

My friends and I would like to sit together. How should we order our tickets?
It is best if only one person in the group orders tickets. Because of the short time frame to fill orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to seat you with other people who have ordered. Purchasing all tickets in a single order will ensure that you are seated together.
