KONA, Hawaii – The Washington State women’s golf team complete the fall season finishing tied for ninth (+46, 922). The Cougars finished ahead of a ranked Colorado team (39). USC won the tournament (-15, 861), followed by UCLA in second (-14, 862), and Washington in third (-7, 869).
Junior, Kristen Rue, had the top finish for the Cougars ending tied for 33rd (+8, 227). Rue only shot four over par in the final round and carded two birdies on the front nine.
Junior, Lindsay Harmon, also had a solid tournament for WSU finishing 47th overall (+14, 233). Harmon carded five birdies throughout the tournament and shot only one over par in the first round of play.
Washington State kicks off the spring season Feb. 23-24th at the Westbrook Spring Invitational in Peoria, Ariz.
