PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State soccer team has made four trips to the NCAA Championship in the last-five years. During that span, Cougar student-athletes have earned several awards for their performance on the field and in the classroom.
Those same student-athletes are also big contributors to the campus and Pullman community. In 2012-13, the Cougar soccer team volunteered over two months of its time if community service was considered a full-time job.
The projects ranged from reading to elementary school children to afternoons with senior citizens to Special Olympics events.
