PULLMAN, Wash. - Former Cougar women's basketball players Ireti Amojo, Katie Grad and Carly Noyes said good bye to the WSU locker room by signing the senior wall Friday afternoon.

"We started the tradition of having our seniors sign the wall because of the saying "Once a Coug, Always a Coug." Anyone who has graduated and been in our program, no matter how much they played, gets to sign the wall to signify their contribution to the women's basketball program here at WSU, head coach June Daugherty stated. "We would like to have our alumni who have graduated here do the same as time goes on. It is a tradition we started and every year the day before graduation we gather in the locker room with parents, administrators, friends, support staff, and anyone who wants to be there to celebrate the accomplishment of graduating. Every graduate of our program is forever a part of the Cougar womens basketball family once they sign that wall. Once a Coug. Always a Coug!"
